OTC shows off programs to Lt. Governor as it braces for budget cuts - KSPR

Tuition rate hikes and job freezes face the leaders at Ozarks Community Technical College because of state budget cuts. Those leaders hope to make the case against the cuts to an important visitor Friday. Lt. Gov. Mike Parson will visit the OTC campus and a building that houses some of the college’s manufacturing classes. Those classes will cost students more money because of budget cuts. Educators say students will have to pay up to $10 extra per credit hour, and 19 jobs at the college will also go unfilled. http://www.kspr.com/content/news/OTC-shows-off-programs-to-Lt-Governor-as-it-braces-for-budget-cuts-415335423.html
