Rock Valley College plans faculty layoff - Corina Curry, RR Star

The Rock Valley College Board of Trustees will consider laying off an unknown number of professors and instructors at its next meeting. Also at the meeting, the college will release the names of those who will lose their jobs this fall if the board approves the reduction in force. The college has 159 faculty members. RVC announced today that the proposed layoffs will affect both nontenured and tenured faculty.
