U Central Missouri president outlines challenges, bright spots in his State of University - J. “MILES” VENTIMIGLIA, DSJ

In a period when state leaders have cut higher education funding… When universities have been forced to direct funds to beef up the teacher retirement system… When international student enrollment has declined sharply… And employees and programs have been red-lined… University of Central Missouri President Charles Ambrose faced the facts and a future bringing more concern, but also promise. The negatives surprised no one in the crowd of about 120 people who gathered at Hart Recital Hall for his State of the University Address.
