Wright State University to lay off 26 employees - WDTN

Wright State University will begin sending out layoff notices this week to a handful of employees. Jim Hannah, Assistant Director of Public Relations, Communications and Marketing at Wright State University confirmed Tuesday that 26 employees will be told that their positions are being eliminated. He was not able to confirm the reason behind the layoffs, which positions are being eliminated, or if there will be more layoffs in the near future. WSU passed its 2019 budget in March that called for cuts in some areas.
