Gene Smith might have to look under his couch cushions and car seats for some spare change.  The Ohio State athletic department expects to lose out on $130.3 million in revenues — 62 percent of the most recent budget — during the fiscal year as a result of the Big Ten’s cancellation of fall sports. The university published projections as part of the agenda for Thursday’s board of trustees meeting.
