The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh has projected a $5.4 million decline in revenues for the new academic year as a further drop in enrollment cuts into the amount expected from federal financial aid. In June the school told the Board of Regents that it was expecting a small increase in tuition revenue. “Applications are currently up from this time last year for the Oshkosh and Fond du Lac campuses, while Fox Cities is slightly down,” UWO said in its annual budget request.
