U of L to sell downtown property — and other takeaways from Wednesday's trustee meetings - Chris Larson, Louisville Business Journal

The university produced about $1.05 billion in revenue and expenses, leaving U of L with what Durbin called an "increased net position" of about $75,000. Revenue fell 5.5 percent, or $61.4 million, from fiscal 2017; expenses declined by about 3 percent, or $32.6 million. The university also ended August with about 100 days of cash on hand, one measure of the university's financial health. Around this time last year, the university had only about 43 days of cash on hand. https://www.bizjournals.com/louisville/news/2018/09/20/u-of-l-to-sell-downtown-property-and-other.html
