MTSU president tells what he would cut - Jennifer Brooks, THE TENNESSEAN

As Middle Tennessee State University students protested looming budget cuts, university President Sidney McPhee announced his preliminary list of the departments and services most likely to fall under the budget ax.... MTSU may have to cut as much as $19.3 million from its budget for the 2010 fiscal year, and McPhee says the federal stimulus money may not be enough to fend off the cuts.
