UCC faces spending cuts next year - DD Bixby, The News-Review

Beginning this fall, tuition at Umpqua Community College could be raised $3 a credit, the Digital Systems Technology program may no longer accept new students as it winds down and the institution will operate on a budget that’s almost $500,000 leaner than the current spending plan.
