Suffolk Community College budget means 7.7% tuition hike, RICK BRAND, Newsday

Faced with record enrollment and no new state or county aid, Suffolk County Community College trustees unanimously approved a $180.1-million budget Thursday that will hike tuition 7.7 percent, or $260 for full-time students. Tuition next fall for full-time students will be $3,636.
