State Budget Clips $260,000 from Centralia College - KELA

The budget passed by state lawmakers in Olympia slashes about $260,000 set aside for Centralia College. The funding was set to be used for equipment at the college’s science center. It also was set to help fund development of a new outdoor learning lab. Despite projected future state budget red ink, college leaders remain confident about getting state dollars during the next biennium for the TransAlta Commons.
