Decreased Enrollment Leading To Budget Cuts At NMSU - KRWG

A decline in student credit hours of about 4.5 percent will lead to budget reductions at New Mexico State University. That's according to a memo released Tuesday by NMSU President Dr. Garrey Carruthers.
