he Spoon River College Board of Trustees approved a nearly-balanced budget for fiscal year 2015 Wednesday during their regular monthly meeting on the Canton campus after cutting $450,000 worth of expenditures. According to Brett Stoller, vice president of administrative services, cuts were made across-the-board to personnel and non-personnel services and did not include anything that directly affects students.
