Cincinnati State Technical and Community College is eliminating dozens of positions as it anticipates lower enrollment in the coming academic year. The community college is cutting 33 positions in its fiscal year 2017 budget. President Monica Posey told me the cuts were in anticipation of falling revenue from declining enrollment. Cincinnati State Technical and Community College is cutting 33 positions as it freezes tuition for the third year in a row. The college cut $4.2 million from its budget for fiscal 2017.
