KUAC faces 22.5% slash in budget - WebCenter 11

The University's Budget cuts have been affecting more than just the scholarly aspect of the campus; it has been affecting its other functions as well. KUAC, the campuses public radio and television programming, has announced that there are going to be many changes in wake of the most recent budget cuts. A 22.5 percent funding decreases leaves the program a total of 172,000 dollars. At the beginning of this month, KUAC turned off its FM HD transmitter. Starting in August, its radio Network will no longer air APRN programming. They are also changing three full-time positions to half-time. http://www.webcenter11.com/content/news/KUAC-faces-225-slash-in-budget-438421363.html
