For the past two years, the half-built husk of a building has sat vacant at Olive-Harvey College on the Far South Side. The Olive-Harvey Transportation, Distribution and Logistics Center is part of an ambitious effort to prepare students for good-paying jobs as part of City Colleges of Chicago's College to Careers program.
